  3. Marketing and Promotion: We initiate targeted marketing campaigns to showcase your property to potential buyers, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels to maximize exposure.

  4. Negotiation and Closing: Our expert negotiators work diligently to secure the best possible terms for you. We guide you through the entire selling process, from negotiations to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

  5. Commission Payment: Our commission fee is only applicable upon successfully selling your property. For houses, it is 5% of the total sale price, and for lands, it is 10% of the sale price.
